1. Promotional Nature

The “Wallet Balance” or “VIP Cash” given during sign-up or via cashback offers is a promotional bonus. It is not real currency. It cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, transferred to other users, or exchanged for physical cash.

2. Usage Limits (Fair Policy)

To ensure our prices remain low for everyone, wallet usage is restricted per order:

• Max Usage Per Order: You can use a maximum of ₹50 (or 10% of cart value) from your wallet on a single order.
• Balance Payment: The remaining order amount must be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI.

Example: If your order is ₹500, you can pay ₹50 from your wallet and ₹450 via Cash.

3. Validity & Expiry

Currently, your joining bonus does not have an expiry date. However, Seohara Express reserves the right to introduce expiry dates on future promotional credits with prior notice.

4. Anti-Fraud Policy

We strictly prohibit the creation of multiple fake accounts to collect bonuses.

• One account is allowed per mobile number/household.
• All orders are verified via WhatsApp before dispatch.
• If fake activity is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and block the account permanently.

5. Modifications

Seohara Express reserves the right to modify the discount percentage, maximum usage limit, or these terms at any time without prior individual notice.
